Studying human immunity across age, infection, and disease through systems immunology and translational research.

Systems immunology · Single-cell science · Human health

Decoding human immunity, one cell at a time.

We combine single-cell multi-omics, high-dimensional proteomics, computational biology, and translational research to understand how immune systems develop, respond to infection, and change across the lifespan.

Our approach

From molecular detail to human health

The immune system is dynamic, deeply individual, and shaped over a lifetime. We connect measurements across biological scales to reveal the principles behind that complexity.

01

Single-cell multi-omics

We integrate transcriptomic, epigenomic, proteomic, and immune-receptor measurements to characterize complex immune responses.

02

Human immunology

We study immune variation across individuals, developmental stages, clinical cohorts, and disease states.

03

Infection & prevention

We investigate immune responses to infection, vaccination, and preventive interventions.

Why it matters

Better maps of immunity can lead to better medicine.

By pairing rich human datasets with rigorous computation, we aim to discover biological patterns that can inform prediction, prevention, and treatment.
